# Member incentive model

### 2.1 Member Incentive Overview

GoldBridge Alliance operates Member Onboarding Incentives to enable members and partners to participate in the ecosystem and make actual contributions.

**Total allocation: 150,000,000 GDBA (15% of initial issuance)**

***

### 2.2 Payment Principles

GDBA paid to members is not a simple registration bonus. It is paid based on ecosystem contribution milestones such as:

* Passing verification review
* Bridge integration completion
* Distribution contributions
* Actual transaction occurrences
* Sustained ecosystem participation

***

### 2.3 Milestone Payment Structure

| Stage                                        | Payment Ratio |
| -------------------------------------------- | ------------- |
| Member registration and KYB completion       | 10%           |
| Project document submission                  | 10%           |
| Legal · custody · audit review pass          | 20%           |
| GDBA Bridge integration completion           | 30%           |
| Actual transaction · distribution occurrence | 20%           |
| 6\~12 month retention and report submission  | 10%           |

***

### 2.4 Eligible Member Types

The following member types are eligible for incentive allocations:

* Gold RWA Issuers
* Gold Stablecoin Projects
* Country Masters
* OTC / Exchange Partners
* Custody / Audit Partners
* Technology Partners
* Node Operators

***

### 2.5 Important Notice

> Member incentives are not guaranteed returns or passive income. All incentive distributions are conditional on verified ecosystem contributions at each milestone stage. Incentive structures are subject to governance review and may be adjusted based on ecosystem conditions.

***

### 2.6 Key Message

> The member incentive model is designed to reward real participation and verified contributions — not simply signing up or holding tokens.
